Job Description
Role DescriptionThis is a remote, home-based role for a Tutor specializing in +2 Accounting. The Tutor will conduct online classes for 2 to 3 hours per day, delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students.
Responsibilities include simplifying complex accounting concepts, covering topics such as financial and management accounting, preparing lesson plans, and addressing individual student needs.
The Tutor will also evaluate student progress and help learners build confidence in their academic abilities while maintaining a positive and supportive online learning environment.
Compensation is performance-based, depending on the number of students enrolled.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, including Financial and Management Accounting
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage students effectively
- Ability to create a supportive and motivating virtual learning environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience in accounting is an advantage
- Comfortable conducting online classes and using digital teaching tools
