Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Cook to join our kitchen team in Cyprus. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of continental cuisine, be creative, and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food
- Assist in menu planning and introducing new dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Continental Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of continental recipes, sauces, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Basic English communication skills
- Culinary certification is a plus
