About the Role
Award Global is seeking a young, energetic, and motivated Client Engagement Trainee to join our fast‑paced team in the Kathmandu office. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong willingness to learn, great communication skills, and an interest in sales, recruitment, and client engagement.
As a Client Engagement Trainee, you will reach out to our internal clients, branch managers across Australia to understand their hiring requirements and proactively source suitable candidates from LinkedIn and Australian job portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with internal clients (branch managers) to understand their staffing needs.
- Proactively source suitable candidates using:
- Australian job portals
- Other creative sourcing methods
- Target candidates in Australia’s mortgage or real estate industry.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide timely updates to management.
- Help enhance and innovate sourcing strategies.

Required:
- No prior experience required
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Energetic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment
