We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and maximize ROI.

You will work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Optimize campaigns to improve performance, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve ad performance.
  • Manage and monitor YouTube video ad campaigns including skippable, non-skippable, and discovery ads.
  • Set up and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns including lead generation, engagement, traffic, and conversion campaigns.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and audience segments.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Generate performance reports and provide insights for campaign improvements.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives and videos.
  • Monitor advertising trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve maximum results.
  • Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube Ads).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
  • Experience with YouTube ad creatives and video marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with A/B testing and marketing automation tools.
