Qualifications And Skills

•Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

•At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a related role.

•Demonstrated knowledge of the ISP industry, including technologies, market dynamics, and emerging trends.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insight analysis
  • Define and manage product roadmap, positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and optimization
  • Drive continuous product innovation and improvement initiatives

Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution

  • Lead GTM readiness, including documentation, FAQs, SOPs, and internal training
  • Develop and execute product launch strategies with cross-functional alignment
  • Collaborate with Bundling & Partnerships teams on joint offerings and solutions

Sales & Customer Enablement

  • Support Sales and Customer Experience teams with product knowledge, updates, and clarifications
  • Ensure internal teams are well-equipped with product materials and training

Performance & Insights

  • Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and feedback
  • Analyze data to inform decisions and improve product outcomes

Marketing & Growth

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) boosting and other paid channels
  • Optimize campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and ROI

Business Planning

  • Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting, and broader business planning initiatives
