Job Description
We are seeking a developer with deep expertise in Liquid and store operations to manage our Shopify backend and frontend. We currently use the Shella Theme; prior experience with it is a bonus, but expert-level knowledge of any complex, premium Shopify theme is acceptable.
Core Responsibilities
- Theme Development: Create custom sections, blocks, and animations using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JS.
- Product & Data: Manage complex catalogs, variants, metafields, and inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
- Integrations: Handle Wholesale Gorilla (B2B), Sketchfab (3D models), and Shopify Chat integrations.
- Operations: configure shipping profiles, domains, user permissions, and discount logic to ensure a flawless purchase flow.
Requirements
- Must-Have: Advanced proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JS.
- Must-Have: Deep operational knowledge (Shipping mechanisms, Inventory, App management).
- Experience: Proven ability to customize complex themes (Shella experience is a plus).
- Plus: Ability to interpret Shopify Analytics.
