- Attend breakdown calls and provide prompt service
- Provide detailed service reports
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Keep track of every breakdown and opt for quick solution to minimize equipment downtime
- Complete timely Preventive Maintenance Service (PMs)
- Complete timely Safety updates as provided by the company
- Attend service call for any equipment supplied by East West in case of emergency/as per requirement
- Coordinate in all large field projects, repairing and replacing equipment for response time and service levels
- Maintenance of hardware and software products
- Resolve hardware and software problems on time
- Participate in various staff meetings, in various field projects as necessary
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Responsible for timely deliver VAT bill for replaced parts
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Other works when and as assigned by the company.
QUALIFICATION
- BE or diploma in Electronics and Communication
- Prior experience in the healthcare field is a plus
