Job Description

  • Manage daily communication, reporting, and Excel trackers.
  • Support strategy, budgeting, and negotiations with vendors/partners.
  • Lead and mentor team members, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Conduct research on markets, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Draft and review professional communications, proposals, and reports.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.

 


Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience in business support, operations, or management.
  • Strong in Excel, email handling, finance basics, and team management.
