Role Overview
sammy’s studio is looking for a Social Media/Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of managing and growing the social presence of multiple brands. This role combines strategy, content planning, platform management, analytics, and on camera communication. You will be responsible for turning content into attention and attention into brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts for multiple client brands across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts at optimal times for maximum reach and engagement
- Maintain consistent posting schedules and brand voice for each client
Content Strategy and Planning
- Develop monthly and weekly content plans tailored to each brand
- Identify trending formats, content styles, and storytelling angles that fit the business
- Collaborate with the production team for video, photo, and audio content creation
On Camera Representation
- Act as the on camera presenter or host for certain client content when needed
- Deliver clear, confident, and engaging communication for reels, shorts, and promotional videos
Platform and Audience Analysis
- Analyze which social platforms are most effective for each client’s industry
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and audience growth
- Continuously refine content strategy based on data and platform trends
Client Communication
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand their brand, goals, and campaigns
- Present content ideas, campaign plans, and performance updates
- Ensure clients are satisfied with their brand’s online presence and growth
Content Execution
- Write captions, manage hashtags, and optimize posts for discoverability
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
- Ensure content is posted accurately and on schedule
Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
- Bring new content ideas and growth opportunities to the team
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Ability to plan and manage content calendars
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights
- Comfortable speaking on camera and representing brands publicly
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Creativity with a strong sense of branding and storytelling
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously
- Experience with video editing or short form content creation
- Experience using social media scheduling tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing and brand growth strategies
- You are organized, creative, confident on camera, and comfortable managing multiple brands. You understand how content works online and know how to turn ideas into consistent social media growth.
