About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Video Marketing Producer with 5+ years of experience creating and launching marketing videos that support product rollouts, campaign execution, and growth initiatives.

This is not a basic editing role. You should understand narrative structure, positioning, audience psychology, and distribution strategy. You have likely supported product launches, created performance-driven creative variations, and collaborated closely with marketing or growth teams.

This is a flexible, project-based engagement for someone who works independently and can deliver high-quality output with clear direction and minimal oversight.


Scope of Work

Product & Feature Launch Videos

  • Edit and structure launch videos for products, features, and initiatives
  • Collaborate on scripting and narrative refinement
  • Deliver a primary launch video plus short-form cutdowns

  • Campaign & Performance Creative

    • Develop paid media creatives for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
    • Create multiple hook variations for testing
    • Optimize pacing and structure based on retention and engagement signals

  • Brand & Thought Leadership Content

    • Turn founder or executive insights into structured storytelling assets
    • Maintain visual consistency and brand standards
    • Improve clarity, flow, and strategic positioning through editing

  • Post-Production Ownership

    • Motion graphics and light animation when required
    • Sound design and pacing optimization
    • Captioning and platform-specific formatting
    • Deliver final assets ready for distribution

  • Required Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in video marketing, product marketing, or performance-driven content
    • Demonstrated experience supporting product or campaign launches
    • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar tools
    • Strong English communication skills required for direct collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders.

    Compensation
