About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Video Editor to join our full-time production team. This is a senior-level role for an experienced editor who can independently lead projects from brief to final delivery, bring strong storytelling instincts to every piece of content, and maintain a consistently high creative standard across the team.
What You Will Do
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, commercial, and corporate clients
- Lead projects independently from raw footage through to final delivery
- Apply advanced color grading in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve to achieve polished, professional visual tone
- Create motion graphics and animations that enhance storytelling and elevate content quality
- Develop compelling hooks and narrative structures that hold attention from the first second
- Collaborate with creative directors and clients to align on vision, pacing, and feedback
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
- Mentor and guide junior editors on storytelling, technique, and workflow
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, including color grading, sequencing, and pacing
- Extensive skills in motion graphics and animation, particularly in After Effects
- Strong storytelling ability, understanding of narrative structure, pacing, emotional arc, and audience engagement
- Proven ability to craft hooks and opening sequences that stop the scroll and hold attention
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for color finishing
- Experience with Adobe Audition for audio cleanup and mixing
- Ability to work independently and manage a full project workload without close supervision
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A portfolio that clearly demonstrates storytelling range, motion graphics work, and color grading ability
Education
A degree or diploma in Film Production, Motion Graphics, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional training and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

This role is open to on-site, remote, or hybrid candidates. Candidates based in or near Lalitpur are encouraged to apply.
