Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support and execute end-to-end marketing activities across digital, print, and brand initiatives for medical imaging and diagnostic equipment. The role involves coordination with internal teams, external agencies, and business unit heads to ensure timely execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and reports across radiology, imaging, and healthcare product categories.


Key Responsibilities

• Execute monthly marketing calendars across all assigned brands and product categories including:

  • Computed Radiography (CR) Systems – Fujifilm FCR Prima T2, Fujifilm Drypix Lite
  • Digital Radiography (DR) Systems / Flat Panel Detectors – PIXXGEN Prudent 1717, Fujifilm FDR Smart X
  • X-Ray Systems – X-TECH LFS1 Mobile, X-TECH LFS Series, X-TECH Elegance HF Mobile
  • Ultrasound Systems – Chison ECO6, Chison QBit 5
  • Fujifilm Conventional & ECO-DRY X-Ray Films
  • In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) Equipment
  • Hospital Furniture and Device Support Solutions

• Plan, script, coordinate, and manage production of promotional reels, product demos, and video content for imaging and diagnostic equipment.

• Manage social media marketing activities including content planning, posting, and boosting, ensuring product-focused campaigns.

• Coordinate with Business Unit Heads to finalize product promotions, pricing strategies, and marketing schemes.

• Liaise with agencies for timely delivery of creatives, videos, brochures, catalogues, and campaign materials.

• Prepare and submit monthly reports including Target vs Achievement, MBR (Monthly Business Review), and marketing highlights.

• Handle Job Order (JO) tracking, bill collection, and coordination with the Finance Department.

• Manage print collateral content (catalogues, leaflets, brochures, technical specification sheets, etc.) including approvals and execution.

• Monitor competitor activities in medical imaging and diagnostic equipment and prepare regular competitor analysis reports.


Qualification

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in medical equipment, healthcare, or technical product marketing.


Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong marketing and branding knowledge

• Industry knowledge and understanding of healthcare market trends

• Experience in digital and social media marketing

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Analytical mindset with reporting and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
