Job Description

A social media company with edge and a knack for quality productions.

We are setting up the first stepping stones that will lay the path for our future.

This is a crucial period as this will be decisive in the direction we will take.

We are launching GNTHAN, a premium media project in Nepal focused on general media creation with high engagement, which provides entertainment and an emotional and social edge.

We are looking for a Creative & Logistics Lead to be the engine behind the brand. This is a high-responsibility role for a strategist and fixer who can turn a concept into a viral reality. While on-camera charisma is a bonus, our priority is finding a brilliant producer and operator.

The Role: The Architect & The Engine

You are responsible for the "how" and the "why." You ensure the studio runs perfectly, the guests are curated, and the content is strategically designed to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creative Strategy: Brainstorming studio-based social experiments and "hook-heavy" concepts. You understand digital trends and how to keep an audience watching.

Logistics & Problem Solving: You are the ultimate "Fixer." You will scout locations, manage guest outreach, handle scheduling, and ensure every shoot day is seamless.

Digital Growth & Marketing: Tracking performance, optimizing content for YouTube/TikTok/Instagram, and ensuring the brand's digital presence is cutting-edge.

Production Oversight: Managing the "behind-the-scenes" chaos. From equipment readiness to guest comfort, you own the environment.

On-Camera (Optional): If you happen to be a natural on camera, you may lead the conversations. If not, you will be the one operating everything from behind the scences.

Who You Are

A Logistics Ninja: You are obsessively organized and punctual. You have a Plan B before Plan A even starts.

Digital Native: You speak the language of algorithms, retention rates, and viral hooks.

Independent & Resourceful: You own your own transportation and thrive in a high-autonomy environment.

Collaborative Mindset: You can lead a small crew or work solo, doing whatever it takes to get the shot.

Excellent Communicator: You’ll be handling all the communications of the organisation, therefore you must be fluent in written and spoken Nepali and English.

The Perks

Total Creative Freedom: Help shape the voice of a brand from Day 1.

Flexible Hours: Work remotely to provide efficient results but will also need a lot of field work.

Growth: A leadership path in a modern media startup.

Fair Compensation: Competitive salary + fuel/maintenance and production budget.

How to Apply

Send a CV and a 60 to 120 second video introducing yourself. Your video must include:

The Pitch: One video idea you think would go viral in Nepal.

The Strategy: How would you market this video to ensure it reaches a massive audience?

The Logistics: Briefly explain how you would manage the guest recruitment and shoot-day schedule for this idea.

or,

Make a 1 to 2 minute video telling your two favourite youtube videos and explain what appeals to you in the video, along with a CV.

We would still encourage you to apply even if you don't tick all the boxes but are willing to learn, adapt and grow. Due to the requirement of the role, the applicant will need to be based in Kathmandu.
