We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Product Designer who can lead end‑to‑end design processes: from user research and ideation to high‑fidelity design and final delivery. In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, visually engaging, and scalable product experiences across web and mobile platforms.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end design processes from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
• Translate business requirements and user needs into elegant, functional design solutions
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and UI standards
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Provide mentorship and design guidance to junior designers
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices across all digital platforms
• Continuously stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Diagram, Magician) to accelerate ideation, wireframing, content generation, and component creation, ensuring faster and more efficient design workflows

Required Skills and Competencies:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer / UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile product design work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of UX research methods, interaction design, and visual design principles.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, responsive layouts, and interactive prototypes.
• Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and component-based design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and business teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred skillset:

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) for improved collaboration with developers.
• Experience designing SaaS platforms, enterprise tools, or complex workflows.
• Exposure to AI-powered design tools or automation.
