Position: ManagerJob OverviewJiwan Tech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure the smooth functioning of organizational processes. The Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, performance monitoring, administrative supervision, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage overall office and operational activities.
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure effective coordination between departments.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, performance analyses, and updates for senior leadership.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Oversee administrative, HR, and compliance-related activities.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 4–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
