Location: Bafal, Kathmandu (On-site)
Type: Internship (Minimum 3-6 months commitment)
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Production Intern who will support and coordinate the production team in executing shoots, managing schedules, preparing mood boards, and ensuring smooth on-set operations. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge of camera, lighting, and equipment, along with creative skills similar to a content creator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating photo/video shoots
- Prepare and manage shoot schedules and production timelines
- Create and organize mood boards for projects
- Develop and maintain production checklists (equipment, props, talent, location, etc.)
- Support on-set production activities and team coordination
- Handle basic camera setup, lighting, and equipment management
- Assist in shooting models and behind-the-scenes content
- Provide voice-over support when required
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams
- Ensure all equipment is properly handled and returned after shoots
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and production equipment
- Understanding of shoot flow, framing, and visual storytelling
- Ability to create mood boards and production planning documents
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Confident in voice-over and comfortable working with models
- Creative mindset with content creation skills
- Team player with strong communication abilities
- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
