Job Description
Role In Organization As a WholeAs a Sales Representative, you will be the point of contact between customer and business, responsible for communicating the benefits and the products of the company to drive sales.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Customer identification and list creation using our established database and maintain ongoing records.
- Visiting specified number of hospital personnel, doctors and healthcare executives according to a monthly pre-planned tour plan.
- Generating new customers as well as developing long-term relationships with existing ones.
- Timely submission of complete Daily Reports and Monthly Reports planned by the company.
- Implementation of marketing and sales strategies as planned by company.
- Monitoring competitors’ activity and competitor’s products and giving feedback to the company.
- Attending weekly, monthly or quarterly Sales Review Meetings to discuss target versus achievement, product promotion strategies, new launches and future sales planning.
- Identify expansion opportunities within an existing portfolio of customers across all markets and products.
- Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed.
- Promoting medical equipment, products or services to a variety of markets, primarily including hospitals, medical centers and doctors.
- Screening the tender opportunities and involve in bidding process.
- Establishing relationships with distributors, high volume clients and other channel partners to ensure products are easily available.
- Collecting updated market information on regular/daily basis.
- Identify service improvements by remaining updated on current industry trends and market activities.
- Working to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly or annual sales targets.
- Maintain continuous customer/ dealer follow-up on all proposals and forward all necessary additional information as required.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
- Performing clerical account and general office duties or needed.
- Positive attitude, confident and a high competitive drive
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willing and able to travel as needed.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Package.
- Initiative and execution oriented
- Ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team.
- Flexibility to learn new products over time.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Discipline or BME
- Medical Sales Experience is preferred of minimum 3 years.
