Position: Store Manager

Location: Kokroma – Sanepa Branch

Working Hours:

• Duty Time: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Sign-in/Sign-out Time: 10:50 AM – 7:05 PM

• Weekly Off: Monday

• Total Working Hours: 208 hours per month

Compensation:

• NPR 18,000 per month for the first three (3) months (probation period)

• NPR 20,000 per month upon successful completion of the probation period

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store in accordance with company operating hours

• Ensure the store premises are clean, organized, and well maintained at all times

• Deliver professional and courteous customer service

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and daily transactions

• Prepare and manage daily sales accounts and basic reports

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Kokroma sales and management team

• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and compliance with company procedures

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory control and sales accounting

• High level of responsibility, punctuality, and organizational ability

• Previous experience in retail or store management will be an advantage
