*Experience: 3 years of experience as Event/Sales/Marketing/Branding/PR Supervisor or relevant position in hospitality or relevant industry.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Store Leadership & Team Management

• Lead the IQOS Store team in Sanepa, including IQOS Coaches and support staff.

• Set clear daily/weekly targets for trials, conversions, repeat purchases and customer

engagement.

• Coach and mentor team members on consumer conversations, product knowledge,

grooming and service standards.

• Conduct regular store briefings, feedback sessions and performance reviews,

highlighting strengths and improvement areas.

• Ensure discipline, punctuality and professional conduct of all team members

2. Customer Experience & Frontline Excellence

• Personally engage with key and high-value adult consumers in-store and at events,

role-modelling best-in-class conversations.

• Ensure consistent, premium IQOS & ZYN experience across all touchpoints – store,

field activations and partner venues.

• Handle escalated customer queries, complaints and sensitive situations promptly

and professionally.

• Monitor and maintain Net Promoter Scores (NPS) / satisfaction levels, implementing

corrective actions where needed.

3. LAMP & HoReCa Management (Field Activations)

• Plan, execute and monitor activities in LAMPs (Legal Age Meeting Places), HoReCa

outlets, clubs and lounges.

• Own the end-to-end activation cycle – outlet selection, approvals, planning,

execution, visibility, staffing and reporting.

• Oversee promotions, sampling, billing and account reconciliation with partner outlets

and internal finance.

• Build strong relationships with venue owners, managers and key decision-makers to

secure visibility, trials and long-term partnerships.

4. Events, Promotions & Brand Activations

• Lead planning and execution of IQOS/ZYN events, sponsorships, club nights and

special activations.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on branding, logistics, staffing

and timelines.

• Ensure all events strictly follow category, legal and internal compliance guidelines.

• Track event outcomes: footfall, trials, conversions, database collection and

qualitative feedback.

5. Trade Engagement, Schemes & Channel Programs

• Design and implement trade schemes and promotions for key partners, in

coordination with senior management.

• Engage with distributors, key accounts and channel partners to drive availability,

visibility and off-take.

• Monitor scheme performance, ensure timely communication to partners, and

coordinate payouts / claims reconciliation with finance.

• Capture and share market intelligence (competition, pricing, activities, consumer

trends) with the leadership team.

6. Training, Compliance & Process Management

• Train and refresh IQOS Coaches, Field Coaches and Promoters on product,

process, compliance and selling skills.

• Ensure strict adherence to age verification, responsible adult-only communication

and regulatory norms at all times.

• Develop and update SOPs for store and field operations (reporting, data capture,

stock handling, consumer records).

• Conduct regular audits/checks at the store and activation sites to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

7. Reporting, Analytics & Coordination

• Consolidate and review daily/weekly reports on trials, conversions, repeat

purchases, outlet performance and event KPIs.

• Analyse data to identify gaps, opportunities and high-potential locations for scaling.

• Prepare monthly performance reviews for management with clear action plans.

• Coordinate closely with senior leadership, marketing, finance and logistics to ensure

smooth operations.


-Experience & Skills

• Experience in Sales/CS/PR Officer/Campaign/Event Supervisor or premium or luxury brands across hospitality, tourism,

retail, FMCG or related sectors, with at least some experience managing a team or

outlet/region.

• Proven track record in store/operation management, activations, and/or key account

or trade management.

• Solid people management, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong planning, organisation and follow-through on multiple projects at once.
