Job Description
We are currently looking for a Lending Support Intern to support an Australian Commercial Finance Broker in managing and processing credit files for lender approvals.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting in the preparation and review of commercial loan application files
- Organising client financial documents
- Data entry and CRM updates
- Conducting preliminary serviceability assessments
- Liaising with brokers and internal team members
- Ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy before lender submission
- Following up on outstanding documents and tracking application progress
Who Are We Looking For:
- Fresh graduates in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields
- OR candidates with 1–2 years of experience in financial services
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working with financial documents and spreadsheets
