Job Description
Job Location: Pepsicola, Kathmandu
Role Overview:
Responsbile to manage our store accounting, inventory, cash handling, and customer engagement, while ensuring timely reporting to the head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) on the day of receipt.
- Handling stock transfers, billing, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Managing cash transactions, including collection, reconciliation, and secure deposits.
- Maintaining inventory records, performing regular stock checks, and minimizing discrepancies.
- Preparing and sending daily transaction reports to head office.
- Supporting internal audits and resolving stock or cash discrepancies.
- Overseeing overall stock management, avoiding stock-outs or overstocking.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Following up with customers about new products, offers, and engaging to increase sales.
Requirements:
- +2 completed / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in store accounting / retail operations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing systems.
- Comfortable handling cash and daily reconciliations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer skills (Excel / billing software).
- Willing to work in a retail/store environment.
