Job responsibilities:

•Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations

•Supervise, train, and mentor a team of accounting

associates to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and

accountability.

•Prepare, review, and finalize monthly and annual

financial statements in compliance with statutory

standards.

•Develop and implement inventory valuation,

reconciliation, and cost control mechanisms.

•Conduct raw material, WIP, and finished goods

valuation for precise product costing.

•Monitor debtor aging and cash recovery, optimizing

cash flow and working capital.

•Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts to

support strategic decision-making.

•Ensure timely TDS deduction and deposit

compliance, avoiding penalties.

•Conduct bank reconciliations, ledger

reconciliations, and balance confirmations to reduce

discrepancies.

•Develop and implement effective accounting and

financial strategies to achieve targets and maximize

profitability.
