Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer located in Kathmandu. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting financial planning. The Business Development Officer will also work to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to align with company goals and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development with strategic planning and execution skills
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and create actionable insights
- Knowledge of Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Strong Customer Service orientation and a commitment to client satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in market research, negotiation, and client relationship management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
