Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for an Audit Manager.
The Audit Manager will oversee audit planning and execution across a range of industries and sectors, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include supervising audit teams, reviewing financial statements, preparing reports for clients, and advising on process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
The Audit Manager will also build and maintain strong client relationships and uphold the firm's commitment to quality and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Auditing and Assurance expertise, including financial analysis and compliance with regulatory standards
- Leadership and Team Management experience, including supervising teams and mentoring junior staff
- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and collaborate effectively
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and recommend improvements
- Knowledge of financial statement preparation, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA (Nepal or India) is mandatory
- Experience with auditing software and tools is an advantage
