Through expert early intervention programs, the center provides a nurturing environment that blends scientific techniques with a caring approach. Services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and counseling, all aimed at helping children grow and thrive holistically.
This is a part-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist based in Kathmandu. The Behavioral Therapist will design and implement individualized therapy plans to support children with developmental and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include assessing each child’s unique needs, providing therapy sessions, tracking progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting families with strategies to enhance the child’s learning and development.
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and experience in working with children with developmental and behavioral challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to design and implement therapy strategies tailored to each child’s unique needs.
- Background in psychology, child development, or a related field.
- Experience in providing early intervention services is an asset.
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to promoting children’s well-being and development.
