Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of sales and business development strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion across all logistics service verticals.
- Oversee and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance, goal alignment, and continuous development of team capabilities.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market segments to support long-term growth objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance customer retention and expand strategic accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, finance, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape to proactively adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive the development of high-impact proposals and client presentations that demonstrate value, align with customer goals, and drive business outcomes.
- Report regularly to executive leadership on sales performance, pipeline health, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
- Own and refine the client onboarding and retention process, ensuring scalability, consistency, and a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the logistics, courier, or transportation industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in building and scaling sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and executing high-impact sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing C-level relationships.
