Job Description
- Plan, collaborate and align multiple stakeholders (Merchandising, Design Team etc.) for actions needed for campaign execution
- Utilize Daraz specific systems and multiple tools available to execute campaign requirements
- Create campaign pages and optmize pages daily through day on day performance assessment
- Monitor, evaluate and communicate performance management reports to highlight achievements, limitations, and focus of the department
- Brainstorm creative ways to increase engagement, stickiness and sales for the platform
- Work with customers behavior analytics and business intelligence team, traffic performance teams to measure and Regulate report the results of campaign efforts
- Campaign Structures: Optimize site-structure with a core focus towards the main KPIs: DAU, Stickiness, GMV
- Campaign page analysis in order to work towards overall improvement of campaign performance (before and after execution) with collaboration with the merchandising/commercial teams
- Regular auditing/monitoring of stock levels and key deliveries to ensure products are attractively presented across prime product locations
- User Education: Develop means of educating consumers to the many new abilities of the Daraz interfaces in order to enable high utilization and avoid feature-overload
- Create education pages that are requested by other departments for spreading awareness and increased visibility
- Brainstorm creative ways to create an edge for the platform by utilizing the new plethora of powerful tools being made available
- Work with customers behavior analytics and business intelligence team, traffic performance teams to measure and report the results of campaign efforts
- Share performance management reports to highlight achievements, limitations, and focus of the department
- Work closely with the Product Team and Data Science team to improve recommendations and relevance on the platform
- 0–1 years of experience in e-commerce operations, campaign management, or commercial roles.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure, time-sensitive executions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with metrices such as CTR,DAU,GMV and etc.
