Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Health Assistant role based in Kathmandu. The Health Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and healthcare support within the organization. Daily tasks include managing patient records, assisting in patient care, supporting medical professionals, and ensuring organized and efficient healthcare operations. The role requires collaboration with colleagues to maintain high standards of service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Assist clinicians during male laser treatments, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Perform head wash procedures as per clinical protocols and hygiene standards.
- Assist in PRP procedures, including preparation, support during treatment, and post-procedure care.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables before procedures.
- Maintain strict infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and report any concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Handle and maintain medical equipment properly.
- Educate patients on basic pre- and post-procedure care.
- Follow organizational SOPs, policies, and professional conduct standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front-desk staff for smooth operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of treatment and washing areas.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
- Support daily clinical operations as required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.
Specification
- Relevant healthcare certification or training in Health Assistance or a related field.
- Prior experience in clinical or aesthetic settings is an advantage; suitable freshers may be considered.
- Basic knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
