Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Nurse, Health Assistant (HA), or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), based in Kathmandu. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering quality patient care, assisting with diagnostics, administering treatments, and supporting medical procedures. Additional tasks include patient education, maintaining medical records, monitoring patients' conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive healthcare services.

Qualifications

Strong clinical skills, including patient care, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures
Diagnostic and technical skills, along with the ability to manage medical equipment efficiently
Excellent communication skills for patient interactions and teamwork with healthcare professionals
Knowledge of healthcare protocols, hygiene standards, and safety regulations
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a dynamic healthcare environment
Relevant certification or qualification as a Staff Nurse, Health Assistant (HA), or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Prior experience in healthcare settings is preferred but not mandatory
Compassionate attitude, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility
