Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madhyapur Thimi for a Restaurant and Bar Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations, managing team members, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maintaining smooth food and beverage service. The role also involves designing and implementing training programs, enhancing sales strategies and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. As a Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to guests while optimizing efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for interacting with guests and resolving concerns effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage services and industry trends
- At least 2 years of experience in Training and team building to enhance staff performance and service standards
- Skill in Sales strategies to maximize revenue and handle promotional activities
- Ability to multitask, lead a team, and manage operations in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
- Certification in hospitality, restaurant, or business management is a plus
