Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Paid Internship role located in Biratnagar. The intern will assist in daily operations, contribute to process optimization, and support the logistics team with tasks ranging from coordination and communication with partners to organizing delivery schedules. The role includes engaging with driver/rider partners, resolving customer queries, and ensuring efficient delivery management while adhering to company standards and processes. The intern will gain hands-on experience in logistics, operations, and communication.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members, partners, and customers.
Organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage delivery schedules and operational tasks.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities to address and resolve customer and partner queries effectively.
Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain management is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in using technology tools including mobile applications and tracking systems is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-centric environment with a proactive attitude.
