Job DescriptionThe Documentation & Reporting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting effective planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of project activities to ensure timely and quality delivery of project objectives in line with approved plans, budgets and lead the coordination of the business expansion activities focusing mainly on product enhancement and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
The Documentation & Reporting Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities as per the approved work plan.
- Ensure timely execution of all project activities as outlined and defined in the business plan and implementation plan related to product enhancement, system upgrades, and feature development, certification process.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Act as the primary focal point between technical teams, management, clients and partner organization.
- Ensure adherence to agreed delivery schedules, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
- Support management in planning and executing national and international expansion initiatives.
- Contribute to discussions on product positioning, client onboarding processes, and scaling of implementation operations.
- Assist in aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives and growth plans, when required through collaboration with the CTO & technical team.
- Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies where required.
- Maintain regular communication with company leadership and the partner team on progress, challenges, and next steps.
- Collect, compile, and maintain project data and documentation and ensure proper filing of project-related documents and records.
- Prepare and submit periodic progress reports, implementation updates, and risk assessments to partners when required and as requested for.
- Facilitate internal review meetings and project governance processes.
- Support coordination related to partnerships, new client engagements, and operational scaling where required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business information technology (BIT), Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Information Technology (BSc CSIT), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Information Management (BIM), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) ,Bachelor of Business Studies(BBS) or any related field.
- Minimum two years of demonstrated work experience in the field.
- Strong understanding of product development life cycle and a sound understanding of technology-driven business models.
- Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
- Fluency in both English and Nepali written and verbal communication is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with attention to detail.
