Job Description
- Requirements Architecture: Lead discovery sessions to extract high-level business goals and translate them into airtight user stories and technical specifications.
- Product Roadmap Ownership: Partner with tech team and designers to ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and true to the client's ROI goals.
- Gap Analysis: Identify discrepancies between business needs and technical constraints, providing creative solutions that satisfy both.
- Quality & Validation: Define acceptance criteria and ensure the final software delivery meets the high standards of our brand.
- Operational Optimization: Analyze internal workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement processes that help the agency scale.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, moving beyond project updates to discussing long-term digital transformation.
- Financial Insight: Monitor project margins and resource allocation, providing the leadership team with data-driven insights to improve profitability.
- Market Positioning: Research emerging technologies and competitor landscapes to help the company pivot its service offerings for future growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Operations within the software/web development industry.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, and web architecture.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficient in data visualization and process mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart, Jira, PowerBI).
- Communication: Elite-level presentation and writing skills. You must be able to command a room.
- Education: A degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a significant plus but not required.
