Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Client Servicing position located in Patan. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include overseeing client communication, addressing inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring service delivery meets client expectations. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing client loyalty by delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in an advertising agency, or digital marketing agency is a must.

Strong skills in Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction to effectively manage and exceed client expectations.
Proficiency in Communication, with an ability to articulate ideas clearly and manage interactions with clients professionally.
Understanding of Finance fundamentals to support account management and client budget discussions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site environment while managing multiple client accounts.
Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
