Position SummaryThe Receptionist cum Admin Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients and provide comprehensive administrative support. The role includes managing front-desk operations, coordinating with vendors, handling petty cash, and assisting HR and management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact: greet visitors and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain an organised reception area and ensure the availability of front-desk supplies.
- Manage petty cash, maintain records, and perform basic financial transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and related services.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal events.
- Provide administrative support to HR and management as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic accounting knowledge for petty cash management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and office equipment operation.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
