Role Description

We are seeking a Qualified ACCA to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. The primary responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing audits, implementing and improving accounting systems, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations. The role involves providing financial advice, participating in budgeting processes, conducting risk assessments, and assisting in internal control evaluations to support informed business decisions. Collaboration with clients and internal teams is a key part of day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge in Accounting Standards, Auditing, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
Experience in Taxation, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Management
Effective use of Accounting Software, Modern Tools, and Digital Platforms
Proficiency in Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Team Collaboration
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to handle complex financial tasks
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Qualified ACCA certification is mandatory
Previous experience in a professional accounting or auditing environment is preferred
Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure
Commitment to continuous learning and development of professional skills
