Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Executive to support end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment for a growing international team. This role will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and a positive employee experience across regions.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations, policy communication, and employee support.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee concerns and workplace matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and organizational data.
  • Support performance review cycles and HR documentation.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team requirements and workforce needs.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applicant screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding, including coordination of access, equipment, and initial guidance.
  • Support structured offboarding processes when required.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with the HR Manager to implement HR policies, processes, and people initiatives.
  • Promote fair, unbiased, and talent-focused hiring practices.
  • Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and well-structured work environment for global teams.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations.
  • Prior experience supporting international or global teams is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to consistently work US business hours in a remote environment.
  • Immediate availability or the ability to join within one week.
