We are looking for a Channel Senior Associate to lead the execution of the Flash Sale channel in Nepal. Reporting to the Regional Platform Channels Lead, this role is responsible for delivering highly-intense, time-sensitive Flash Sale campaigns in accordance with regional strategy and execution standards. This role requires strong ownership, operational rigor, and the ability to manage complex campaign execution across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution for Flash Sale campaigns in Nepal, following regional plans and SOPs.
Serve as the main execution lead between regional teams and business units.
Work closely with business teams on deal readiness, pricing & promotion planning.
Monitor campaign performance and resolve issues in real time.
Support continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with centralized governance.

Job Requirements

3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, campaign management, or commercial roles.
Proven ability to manage high-pressure, time-sensitive executions.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
