This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lalitpur for a Senior Loan Processing Specialist – Australian Mortgage. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing loan applications, reviewing loan documents for accuracy, and ensuring compliance with Australian mortgage regulations and guidelines. You will collaborate closely with underwriters, clients, and other relevant stakeholders to manage the loan process efficiently and effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of Loan Documents and the overall loan application process
- Proficiency in Loan Processing and thorough knowledge of Loans and related terms
- Strong Communication skills to liaise with underwriters, clients, and other internal or external stakeholders
- Experience and expertise in Underwriting practices and principles
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under strict deadlines
- Knowledge of Australian mortgage regulations and financial industry practices preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software and loan processing systems is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role or within mortgage lending or financial services is desirable
