SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE for Food Company in Kalanki, Kathmandu .

*Education: At least bachelor running

*Experience: 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales coordination, order processing, or customer support

-Key Responsibilities:

• Telecalling with industry customers for inquiries, order follow-ups, billing status, and feedback

• Order punching and updating customer/order data in software

• Convert unbilled customers into billed customers through coordination with sales, accounts, and logistics

• Coordinate sampling, collect feedback, and support new product launches

• Track order status, billing, dispatch, and maintain accurate records

• Coordinate with SCM, production, quality, and logistics teams for timely supplies

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Commerce, or related field

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications

• Years of experience in telecalling, sales coordination, order processing, or customer support

• Experience in FMCG / industry sales and ERP or Bizom systems will be an advantage
