Our key business areas include rice and potato cultivation, agriculture machinery CHC operations, sustainable fertilizer production, soil and crop health monitoring system development, and agricultural mapping for LULC.


Position Description

The Partnership Manager is responsible for building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships with the farmers and the farmers’ cooperatives to expand inclusive agricultural finance, strengthen produce and input market linkages, and ensure sustainable portfolio growth.

The position oversees partner-led farmer onboarding, loan origination and portfolio monitoring, post-disbursement engagement, recovery support, and compliance assurance, while also driving agriculture produce sourcing, input sales partnerships, branding initiatives, and access to grant or project-based funding.


Responsibilities

Agriculture Micro-finance

  • Lead strategic partnership initiatives with farmers, cooperatives, agri–value chain actors, financial institutions, and sponsors, to expand inclusive agricultural finance outreach.
  • Drive authentic farmer identification, onboarding, and digital adoption through partner networks, ensuring compliance with eligibility, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate end-to-end agricultural loan origination, including application collection, credit profiling, and agriculture-specific risk assessment.
  • Coordinate to support timely loan approvals and compliant disbursements through partner channels.
  • Strengthen post-disbursement engagement with farmers to promote responsible loan utilization, customer satisfaction, and portfolio stability.
  • Monitor loan portfolio performance to identify early warning signals, repayment trends, and risk concentrations.
  • Support recovery and collections efforts by working closely with farmers to implement early engagement, structured follow-ups, and customized repayment solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness across all lending activities.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and policy requirements related to agricultural and micro-finance lending.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the management on portfolio performance, partnership impact, risks, and growth opportunities.

Agriculture Produce & Input

  • Source local commodities from farmers and cooperatives for On/Offline sales.
  • Sell agricultural inputs to the farmers and cooperatives.
  • Plan & create awareness/ brand/ project contents to attract strategic partners.
  • Explore and participate in events and exhibitions related to farmers & agriculture.
  • Explore and apply for local funding projects.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in agriculture and business development roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
