QC ASSISTANT For Dairy Company in Bharatpur, Chitwan.

*Experience: Freshers & experienced both are encourage to apply
- Conduct quality checks on raw milk, in-process products, and finished dairy products.
- Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological tests (FAT, SNF, acidity, adulteration, etc.).
- Monitor product shelf life, storage conditions, and cold chain compliance.
- Maintain records of test results and quality reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO, FSSAI/DFTQC as applicable).
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in production and processing areas.
- Assist in internal and external quality audits.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality deviations.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality consistency.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
- Approve or reject raw materials and finished products based on quality standards.
- Maintain QC logs, test records, batch records, and SOP documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Support traceability and product recall procedures if required.
- Train production staff on quality standards, hygiene, and food safety practices.
- Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement within the plant.
