Role Description

The Head Operator is a full-time on-site role located in Chandragiri Municipality, responsible for overseeing daily operations within the facility. Key responsibilities include supervising operational activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, troubleshooting equipment issues, and optimizing workflow efficiency. The Head Operator will also manage a team, provide training and guidance, and coordinate with other departments to achieve production targets while maintaining high operational standards.

Qualifications

Operation and maintenance of blowing machine, RFC machine, Hotmelt labelling, sticker labelling, fuzepack shuffler and shrink machine.
Technical skills in equipment management, troubleshooting, and process optimization
Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to train and mentor staff
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to ensuring safety and quality
Organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple operational tasks
Prior experience in facility operations or a related field is highly beneficial
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
