Job Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end operational activities of Fasto Nepal Pvt. Ltd., including dark store operations, warehouse management, delivery execution, and team performance. This role ensures smooth daily operations, efficient resource utilization, and high service quality while aligning operations with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Dark Store & Warehouse Management
Oversee daily operations of dark stores and warehouses.
Ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage, and timely replenishment.
Monitor stock movement and maintain operational KPIs.
-Team Leadership & Roster Oversight
Lead, motivate, and manage operational teams, including supervisors, warehouse staff, and delivery riders.
Create and maintain work rosters to optimize staffing and coverage.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.
-Process Optimization
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Standardize workflows across warehouses and delivery operations.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
-Delivery & Rider Management
Supervise delivery operations and rider performance.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Monitor delivery metrics and implement strategies for on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
-Tech & App Integration
Oversee integration of technology platforms and applications to streamline operations.
Collaborate with IT/tech teams to improve system functionality.
Analyze data from operational apps to support decision-making.
-Reporting & Governance
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Monitor key metrics and KPIs to track operational performance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and governance standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, delivery, or retail operations.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficient in operations software, inventory management, and delivery apps.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
