This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Officer located in Pokhara. The IT Support Officer will be responsible for handling daily technical support tasks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the functionality of desktop computers and printers. Responsibilities will include diagnosing issues, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring the optimal performance of IT systems and devices used within the organization. The role requires collaboration with other team members and end-users to address technical concerns effectively.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
Practical experience with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills to work with a diverse team and support users
Ability to work on-site and provide hands-on support as needed
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Any certification is an advantage.
