Job Description
- Lead the acquisition of key clients by identifying high-potential leads and converting them into long-term business partners
- Analyze competitor offerings and develop winning sales strategies
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent revenue growth and client onboarding
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Ops, Finance, Legal, Tech) to develop and deliver customized solutions to the clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs, and commercials in line with company guidelines and revenue targets
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
- Maintain key account relationships to ensure satisfaction, renewal, and upselling of value-added services
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the logistics, e-commerce, or 3PL space
- Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation in a B2B setting
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, pricing models, and SLAs in the local market
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and deliver on aggressive targets
- Must have 2-wheeler driving license
