Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage the clinic’s resources efficiently. Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing and managing budgets, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and organizing training programs. The Clinic Manager will act as a communication bridge between the team and management, addressing client feedback and maintaining high standards of care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Public Health/ Nutrition and Dietetics
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Budgeting and financial planning for clinic operations
- Knowledge of Medicine and healthcare-related practices
- Skills in Training and managing staff effectively
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experiences
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare management or a similar field
- Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages is preferred
- Experience in a clinic or healthcare-related industries is advantageous
