Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Mid to Senior Shopify Theme Developer for a hybrid position based in Kathmandu, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves developing, customizing, and optimizing Shopify themes. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating responsive designs, ensuring high performance, implementing innovative features, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying updated with the latest Shopify trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Shopify theme development, Liquid programming, and Shopify APIs
Strong skills in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive design
Experience with third-party integrations, app installation and configuration, and optimizing website performance
Version control knowledge (e.g., Git) and familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Previous experience in a similar role and a portfolio of Shopify development projects is a plus
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
