Roles & Responsibilities

Execute and monitor daily production jobs, batch processing, and scheduled workflows
Identify, log, and escalate production issues according to defined SLAs
Validate successful completion of processing cycles, data loads, job outputs, and system behavior after deployments
Create rules for automated arrangement for daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly processing
Execute SQL engine & create automated rules
Debug issues in SQL engine execution and automation
Import scrub dumps in databases like Redshift/MSSQL/MySQL
Perform and Handle Hadoop and ES index related tasks
Perform other related tasks as necessary

Required Experience / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of experience in production support, IT operations, or similar role
Basic knowledge of Linux commands and good knowledge of ETL tools
Strong communication and documentation skills are important
Ability to follow procedures and work in a shift-based (Morning / Normal /Evening / Night / Weekends) or on-call environment
