Role Description

Position: Odoo Consultant

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Odoo Consultant who can help our clients optimize operations and adopt digital systems that drive growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with business processes, and translating real client needs into powerful Odoo solutions. Someone who is looking to show their leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct requirements gathering, functional analysis, and gap assessments.
Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules based on client needs.
Map business processes and recommend best-fit Odoo solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams on custom development and integrations.
Provide user training, post-implementation support, and troubleshooting.
Prepare functional documents including SRS, workflows, and user guides.
Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with Stravence’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications and Technical skills

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Management, or related field
Experience as an Odoo Consultant, ERP Functional Consultant, or equivalent
Strong understanding of multiple Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Manufacturing, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM)
Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration
Understanding of basic Python/Odoo architecture (preferred)
Experience with process mapping, client training and digital systems consulting is a plus
